Museum of Pop Culture
The 2019 Unity Summit Welcome Reception will take place at the Museum of Pop Culture - MoPop! Set amid the backdrop of the Space Needle, the Museum’s colorful, sprawling exterior hints at the exciting collection of exhibitions, rich in pop culture content. MoPop’s mission is to make creative expression a life-changing force by offering experiences that inspire and connect our communities. Attendees will have access to all the museum exhibits, such as: Prince from Minneapolis, Pearl Jam Home and Away, Fantasy: Worlds of Myth and Magic, and Scared to Death: The Thrill of Horror Film. The evening will include a hosted bar, hors d’oeuvres, a photo booth by Youth in Focus, and plenty of space for networking.
The Welcome Reception is hosted by CHANGE Philanthropy and Philanthropy Northwest, and sponsored by The Seattle Foundation.

NCRP 2019 Impact Awards

The NCRP Impact Awards recognizes U.S.-based grantmakers of all shapes and sizes that practice smart, high impact philanthropy and boldly support social movements. Join the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy (NCRP) at the height of the UNITY Summit to celebrate four exemplary grantmakers that will receive awards in the following categories: “Smashing Silos” Award for Intersectional Grantmaking, “Get Up, Stand Up” Award for Rapid Response, “Changing Course" Award for Incorporating Feedback, and “Mover and Shaker” Award for Bold Peer Organizing.
